02 Mission

The man who runs your job

William H. Keys enlisted in 1989 and retired in 2018 as a First Sergeant — the rank that exists to make sure the mission gets done and the people come home. He directed human-resource operations for more than 4,400 soldiers across a 24-state region, and he built housing and life-support facilities in Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan.

His construction roots start earlier — high-school carpentry and a YouthBuild apprenticeship — and continue through estimating, construction documents, planning, and scheduling at IDI Construction. In between, two decades in financial operations at Trustmark, where he recovered more than $16 million.

Job-site craft, military accountability, and a genuine command of the numbers. That combination is what you are hiring.
