Keyz 2 Construction LLC is an SDVOSB. It was founded in April 29, 2026 by William H. Keys, a U.S. Army First Sergeant whose career spanned operations, construction planning, and leadership from 1989 through 2018. He brought the standards of military service — preparation, accountability, and finishing the mission — to the building trades.

Will's construction roots go back to high school carpentry and a YouthBuild apprenticeship, then to building living facilities and housing in Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan. He later supported estimating, construction documents, planning, and scheduling at IDI Construction, LLC (2023–2026) before standing up Keyz 2.

Before returning full-time to construction, Will spent more than two decades at Trustmark Insurance Company, working with managers and clients to reduce and recover more than $16 million in debt and reporting regularly to finance leadership. That combination — job-site craft plus financial discipline — is how Keyz 2 runs a project.
